Rory Millbank has 40 years of practical experience working with the rehabilitation of depleted soils, regeneration of the nutrient status, and soil health and structure. He has focused on non-chemical crop nutrition and finding solutions to soil and crop production challenges, especially the control of nematodes. He has experience in a wide range of field crops, pastures, and even the mystical truffle.

Rory is married to Inge, a retired Orthopedic Hospital Unit Manager. They have six kids between them and are expecting to meet their 13th grandchild soon. Rory is constantly seeking solutions to the many new challenges being faced every day as a result of environmental pollution, which is having a massive impact on water, soils, animal, and human health. He feels extremely privileged to be associated with Brookside and Amplify.
