Peter Maybach, the owner of M&M Consulting and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Brookside Labs, is a 'jack of all trades.' Peter started consulting independently nearly 30 years ago and has become the organization's 'go-to' man. 

Peter excels in all areas of consulting, but especially in sports turf and equine pasture management. Peter also specializes in golf course consulting, working hand-in-hand with his clients to develop fertility, topdressing selection, and organic matter management decisions based on Brookside Labs data. This includes golf course construction jobs, where he helps develop the proper physical greens mix for the cavities based on water quality and quantity. 

He utilizes Brookside Labs' Geotechnical department, saturated paste, standard soil analyses, and irrigation water analysis to propel his clients and businesses to succeed.
