I find my strengths to be problem solving, communication of difficult concepts to improve both understanding and retention, overall fertility status, and recommendations for numerous crops using the data supplied by running soils, saturated pastes and water analyses.

Being a part of this organization has allowed me to help numerous clients from some of the most exclusive golf courses to the local farmer trying to seek out a living on 250 acres. Due to our location, we have had to adapt to an ever-changing client base because in our area, the agriculture sector is slowing being pushed out by development. This adaptation has allowed us to pursue and be successful at working with clients who may not even grow crops.

At every turn, the lab has been able to meet our unique needs whether it is setting up a new test or directing us to the one that makes the most sense to utilize. Out list of clients currently includes, golf courses, row crops, vineyards, greenhouses, horse pastures, athletic fields, green roof producers, and numerous environmental clients. The key to our futures is to continue to build deep-seated relationships with our clients and provide the best possible service. If we can continue to do that, the sky is the limit for M & M Consulting, Inc. and we will have cemented our legacy of doing what is right for our clients, not what is most fashionable at the time.

I have been married to my wife, Beth, for 25 years. Together we have four children who are well on their way to becoming successful young adults. Hannah is 24, Nicolas is 22, Morgan is 19, and Collin is 15. All four are driven with the mindset of helping others and will go out of their way to make people feel comfortable.

Personally, I love the outdoors and especially the time spent on the family farm in Wisconsin. My passion is archery hunting and creating the best possible habitat and food plots required in order to enhance the opportunity to harvest a truly majestic whitetail deer.
