I started in Germany, Varsity Stellenbosh, to get my bachelors of science in chemistry and biochemistry. I then worked ten years in the Automotive Industry, then one year doing all the finishing and QA on a superyacht, 133 foot in Cape Town for an American owner. I eventually got an interview with Bayer and then became an independent agent for them. They are now one of my largest clients for organic products.

I am looking to solidify my business and get a buyer for the other company. I market because they do not have a legacy plan and the research director has no follow up plan. Really want to be part of the Soil Health Improvement and Soil Regeneration.
