Todd holds a degree in Agriculture Business Management with a minor in economics from the University of Delaware. Keen Consulting has been a part of the Brookside/Amplify network since its inception in 1980. The company works with a wide variety of crops, including grains, hay, vegetables, and fruits, along with turf (athletics, sod farms). They also provide services related to CAFO permitting and environmental monitoring and compliance.

Todd is married to his wife Tammy, and they have three grown children (two daughters and a son). Their son, Todd, is also involved in the business. They live near Lewes, DE, on the Delmarva Peninsula. The family enjoys outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, and hunting, as well as beach-related activities that come with living on the coast.
