During college, he completed two summer internships with Beck’s Hybrids as part of the Practical Farm Research Team. While finishing his final year of school, he joined Precision Agri. Services part-time and transitioned to a full-time role as an independent crop consultant in December 2023. His work at Precision Agri. Services focuses on precision soil testing, nutrient management, and crop production.



Residing in Fort Recovery, Ohio, Mitch has been married to Brooke since September 2024. He grew up on a grain farm and currently farms alongside his uncle, raising corn and soybeans.
