Kolton grew up involved in agriculture and was fortunate to return to the family business full-time after completing his education. Over the years, Kolton has worked in nearly every position within the company, but his current focus is on sales. In this role, he has the opportunity to meet many customers and prospects, working diligently to build and strengthen relationships.

Kolton is very close to his family, which includes his parents and younger sister. Outside of work, he enjoys watching NFL football, particularly cheering on the Miami Dolphins, and working with cattle. Although he really enjoys hunting, the busy season often makes it challenging to find the time.
