Greg completed a summer internship each year during college to gain exposure to various career options. One notable internship with American Cyanamid led him to his first job after graduation, where he entered a sales territory. Although his time with American Cyanamid was brief due to the company's buyout, he gained valuable experience in corporate America, sales, and the Midwest. Following this, Greg returned home to work for The Andersons as a Sales Agronomist, where he built strong relationships with local farmers but found himself longing for a role that focused more on improving agronomics. 

After reaching out to Joe Nester, Greg was introduced to Brookside Labs. After careful consideration, he decided to leave his position at The Andersons to work alongside Joe at Nester Ag. Together, they quickly built and expanded the business. In 2009, Greg founded G & K Concepts, Inc., and the company has been thriving ever since, supported by a wonderful staff.

Greg and his wife, Kim, have been married for nearly 20 years and have three children: Taylor (15), Brooke (14), and Caleb (12). The family is very active, with both girls participating in year-round travel basketball and various school sports, while Caleb plays travel baseball and participates in school sports. They are passionate about sports and spend considerable time attending games. Additionally, the family raises, shows, and sells show pigs and has successfully shown New Zealand White rabbits for several years. They enjoy the farming lifestyle and the company of livestock.

Greg considers joining the Brookside/Amplify organization to be one of the best decisions of his life, second only to marrying Kim. He appreciates the unique community and attributes much of his business success to Brookside/Amplify. As a member of the first Peer Group, he has also experienced personal growth. Greg believes that connecting with this organization can lead to significant rewards, and he feels honored to serve on the board, helping to guide the future of this impactful organization. His deep roots in farming continue to fuel his passion for production agriculture and livestock.
