Brad's relationship with Brookside/Amplify began at a very young age. His father, Joe Nester, was an active consultant even before Brad was born, making Brookside a household name for their family. Brad recalls attending conferences as a young child and making friends with other consultants’ children. During high school, he started attending the actual meetings and discovered the true nature of Brookside/Amplify. He was impressed by the extraordinary group of ordinary people who sincerely wanted to help others make good decisions and were willing to share their thoughts and experiences. This authenticity and togetherness made him see the consultant network as more of a family or team than just a professional organization, and he wanted to be a part of it.

Brad studied agronomy and agribusiness at The Ohio State University while working for Nester Ag in the summers. After graduating, he became a consultant and is now building experience and skills to help both customers and fellow consultants. For more information please, click here.
